Contestants must purchase red Rebel Wear for the fitness competition at www.rebelathletic.com
Please use the code MAOILGB to provide 7% back to Miss Illinois for scholarships.
Current work around for donation code is: product search for GIVE BACK and add to cart. Once the state code is applied the $1 amount will go to 0.
All contestants must be available for Spring Kick-Off and Miss Illinois Week
There is a $150 application fee to compete. Please pay at the link below.
Paperwork Deadline is October 24, 2025
- Be 14 by the first day of the state competition and no older than 18 by the first day of the state competition
- Reside in Illinois
- Be a United States Citizen
- Be in reasonably good health to meet the job requirements
- Be able to meet the time commitment and job responsibilities
